HJC Helmets US is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging with all tags attached. We aim to ensure every rider finds the perfect fit and protection for their journey.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the helmet in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all manuals and protective films are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our inspection team confirms the item is in new, resaleable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
